Expect
During the workshop, Sarah - Founder & Creative Director of The Wild Grazer - will guide you through the process of creating a visually striking cheese and charcuterie board while sharing the styling techniques and signature details the brand is known for.
You will learn how to pair flavours thoughtfully, arrange your board with confidence, and present it in a way that feels abundant and refined.
Along the way, Sarah will introduce you to some of the remarkable Irish cheesemakers behind the produce, deepening your appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each element.
You will then apply your newly acquired skills to create your own beautifully styled board to enjoy after the experience.

Each Wild Grazer workshop is thoughtfully curated to ensure a relaxed, abundant, and inspiring experience from beginning to end.
Your experience includes:
• A 10-inch palm leaf round grazing board, generously styled with premium Irish cheeses and artisan accompaniments - designed to serve approximately 2–4 people.
• A beautifully presented bakery box so you can safely store and transport your finished creation home.
• A carefully selected collection of our favourite Irish cheeses, paired with exceptional seasonal accompaniments to create a truly show-stopping board.
• Locally harvested Irish honey, complete with a wooden honey drizzler for the perfect finishing touch.

Our workshops are perfect for anyone who enjoys great food and meaningful experiences. They are particularly popular for hen parties, birthdays, client events, and corporate team-building.

Do I need to bring anything?
No - everything is provided, including cheeses, accompaniments, styling tools, and your board. Simply arrive ready to enjoy the experience.

You will learn how to select and pair cheeses, style an abundant board, incorporate complementary accompaniments, and present your creation with confidence.

Will there be tastings?
Yes - tasting is an integral part of the experience, allowing you to explore flavour combinations while you create.

Can I take my board home?
Absolutely. Your finished board will be carefully packaged so you can enjoy it after the workshop.

How long do workshops typically last?
Most workshops run for approximately 1.5 – 2 hours, allowing plenty of time to learn, create, and enjoy the experience.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
We can cater to a range of dietary preferences. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Due to cross-contamination risks, our workshops are not suitable for severe anaphylactic allergies.

What is your cancellation policy?
Workshop tickets are non-refundable; however, if you are unable to attend, it is your responsibility to arrange for someone to take your place. Please notify us of the new attendee’s details in advance so we can update the booking.
