MEET SARAH
FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Sarah founded The Wild Grazer after building her career within some of North America’s most respected hospitality and events environments.
​
During her time in Toronto, she worked as a Senior Wedding & Events Executive at the renowned Gladstone Hotel, where she developed a deep understanding of elevated guest experiences and artistic collaboration.
​
She later joined Jewell Events Catering in Chicago, contributing to exceptional events for globally recognised clients including Hillary Clinton, Warren Buffett, and J.B. Pritzker. It was here that her passion for food styling truly took shape, along with the belief that creativity can be expressed through taste, design, and atmosphere.
Returning home to Ireland, Sarah combined her international expertise with a love for artisan produce to create The Wild Grazer - now recognised as one of Ireland’s leading cheese styling and grazing brands.

Today, she is known for transforming food into visually striking centrepieces and designing experiences that feel both refined and deeply welcoming, helping people gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories. Since becoming a mum, Sarah has felt even more inspired to create experiences centred around connection - bringing people together to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
