Wild Grazer Contract

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit and signed contract.


The Payment Schedule is as follows:

As your Event is in less than 30 days time full payment is now due to secure your booking.


Post Event Payment - After the conclusion of the event, payment for any outstanding amounts must be received within 30 days.


In the case of bookings that are confirmed within 30 days of the event date, the full amount must be paid upon signing of contract.


DELIVERY + SETUP

Delivery and setup fee calculated based on distance to venue, travel costs and time it takes to get to venue and setup time.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the event the full amount is non refundable. If you need to move your date, booking deposit is transferable to a new date subject to availability.


FINAL GUEST COUNT

For catered events final guest numbers and any required accommodations for guest's dietary restrictions are due two weeks in advance of the event.


ALLERGIES

Due to the risks of cross contamination, The Wild Grazer cannot accommodate severe food or anaphylactic allergies.


MENUS & PRICING

All menus and delivery charges are subject to price change due to market changes, even after booking. All menus are subject to change based on seasonality and availability. All platters are intended for appetiser portions.


DAMAGES & UNRETURNED ITEMS

Any items provided by The Wild Grazer that are not disposable must be

returned within 7 days after the event. For venues more than 15km outside of Kilkenny city there is a pickup fee. Any missing items will be billed to the client.
