Meet Sarah
I’ve always been inspired by experiences that bring people together — those moments of connection that feel beautiful, intentional, and full of life.

Before founding The Wild Grazer, I spent most of my twenties in North America, working in high-end catering and events. In Chicago, I joined Jewell Events Catering, where I helped create extraordinary occasions for clients such as Hillary Clinton, Warren Buffett, and J.B. Pritzker. It was there that I discovered my passion for food styling and learned that creativity isn’t linear — it can flow through taste, design, and storytelling.
In 2017, I moved to Toronto to work as a Senior Wedding & Events Executive at The Gladstone Hotel, a celebrated boutique art hotel that ignited my love for weddings and artistic collaboration.

After returning home to Ireland during Covid, I combined my international experience with my creative vision to launch The Wild Grazer — a brand built on connection, creativity, and craftsmanship.
​
Since becoming a mum, I’ve felt deeply inspired to create experiences that bring women together — events that prioritise movement, wellness, creativity, connection, and grounding, offering space to reconnect with themselves and each other.

Each experience we create is designed to celebrate life’s most special moments through artful food and meaningful togetherness.
The Wild Grazer is all about creating unique, special moments and experiences through culinary art using incredible local produce. I am extremely passionate about creating memorable experiences for all of my customers from the initial point of contact right through to their last bite of cheese! The Wild Grazer truly is an outlet for me to freely express my creativity and I love sharing that outlet with others through my workshops and through creating truly special moments for them at the most important celebrations of their lives. When you think of The Wild Grazer, you think of special moments, special people, celebration and creativity!
