Ethos

The Wild Grazer ethos is based on bringing out the best of what we have, we use Irish suppliers to curate and deliver 'edible art' across Ireland. We create unique and stylish food experiences for our customers to stand out from the crowd. From design to delivery, we promise share-worthy, memorable and delicious experiences using the finest local Irish produce.

Innovation

We are known for innovation and creativity in the food space, since conception we have continuously evolved to bring new exciting offerings to our clients. We are injecting new life into the wedding cake industry, having been awarded cake designer of the year every year since launching our cake service.

We have created Ireland's leading edible art workshop where attendees learn how to style a cheese board, a truly unique and fun activity to do with friends or family. This year we launched our Cheese Wall, similar concept to a prosecco wall or donut wall but even better! This is the first of its kind in Ireland! The wall gives guests quick and convenient access to incredible food, it creates a breathtaking moment, draws guests in and of course, is amazing for photos!

Meet Sarah

I have enjoyed a colourful career in the catering and events space. Prior to The Wild Grazer the majority of my professional experience was in North America, where I lived for almost all of my twenties. I moved to Chicago right after I graduated from my masters.​It was in Chicago that I developed my creative flair through food experiences.

I worked with the elitecaterers of the Midwest, Jewell Events Catering, planning and executing a wide range of high end events and had the privilege of catering for clients like Hilary Clinton, Warren Buffet and J. B.Pritzker.​

My food styling abilities came to light at Jewell, Chicago cracked open a whole new world for me and unleashed a passion for expressing my creativity through food. It taught me that creativity and being artistic is not linear.

In 2017, I moved to Toronto, where I worked as a Senior Wedding & Events Executive for one of Toronto’s most celebrated boutique art hotels’. The Gladstone set my soul on fire, I felt so inspired working in an organisation where art was the epicentre of everything that we did. While working there I began to specialise in weddings, I absolutely loved creating a vision with couples and then bringing that vision to life. While at the Gladstone I was also The resident food stylist for all of our large scale events, this passion of mine was growing steadily throughout my time there and my artistic flare for curating food displays had developed significantly since Chicago. 

 

Drawn back to Ireland during Covid, I coupled my international experience and my love for expressing my creativity through food to create The Wild Grazer. Born from a desire to create special moments during lockdown, The Wild Grazer is the perfect fusion of my experience and my passions.

The Wild Grazer is all about creating unique, special moments and experiences through culinary art using incredible local produce. I am extremely passionate about creating memorable experiences for all of my customers from the initial point of contact right through to their last bite of cheese! The Wild Grazer truly is an outlet for me to freely express my creativity and I love sharing that outlet with others through my workshops and through creating truly special moments for them at the most important celebrations of their lives. When you think of The Wild Grazer, you think of special moments, special people, celebration and creativity!
