The Wild Grazer wedding cheese cakes, also known as cheese towers, offer a unique alternative to the traditional wedding cake.
A fast growing trend, the wedding cheese cake is created by layering wheels of at least four speciality cheeses. The Wild Grazer works exclusively with local Irish suppliers including Gubbeen, and Cooleeney, and has a range of over 20 cheeses for couples to choose from.
The wedding cheese towers offering was developed in response to Irish couples’s increasing appetite for bucking traditions in favour of newer alternatives for their big day. The cheese towers, which come peppered with seasonal produce like figs and passion fruit, provide an Instagramable centerpiece and savory snack that can fuel guest’s dancing into the night.

The winners of the highly coveted weddingsonline awards 2023 were announced at a gala dinner celebration at the incredible Mullingar Park Hotel.
Winners were chosen by an exceptional team of judges: Yvonne Dillon Murray from The Wedding Concierge Agency and one of Ireland’s leading wedding industry professionals; Amy Alice Horgan, a hospitality professional with over 10 years industry experience in Sales & Marketing; and Joan Harvey, Customer service Manager with Moposa, the wedding management software used in leading wedding venues throughout Ireland and beyond.
The Wild Grazer was presented with the first award of the night, Cake Designer of the Year. Recognised for creating incredible, unique masterpieces for weddings all across Ireland.
